Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be made within 90 days of delivery
- The product must not be intentionally damaged or misused
- You must provide your order number and reason for the request
We may request photo evidence in case of damaged or defective items.
Important Notes
- Refunds apply to your first order only
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to limit refunds in cases of repeated or suspicious requests
Returns
In some cases, we may ask you to return the product.
If a return is required:
- You will receive the correct return address after contacting support
- Do not send products back without contacting us first
